A. Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all team members while working on your property.
Q. Do I need a contract?
A. Commercial properties require a contract. Residential services operate under an ongoing service agreement that can be canceled at any time.
Q. How do payments work?
A.Maintenance is billed monthly with invoices sent by the 5th of the month. Landscaping services are billed upon completion and may require a deposit.
